This page contains all the information you’ll need to submit your materials for your high school state championship programs. Please carefully look over the options detailed below to select the best method. The preferred options are online submission to either your activity association or directly to us. Please be sure your materials, especially photos or ad artwork, are of the highest possible quality. Images that are too low in quality may not be usable in the publication.

Option 1: Online Submission to your Activity Association:
All of the activity association we work with offer, and in some cases even require, submission of tournament materials, that are ultimately also used in the program, online:

Colorado High School Activities Association’s Gatelist Forms

Option 2: Online Submission to Kukulski Brothers:
Please fill out all required fields before clicking “Upload File.”

Option 3: Email us your materials directly: If, for some reason, the online submission options are not available or effective, you may e-mail your material to us directly.

Option 4: Through the Mail:
Although it is not preferred, you may also mail your photos and rosters to the activity association that corresponds with your state. Please be sure your materials are the highest possible quality.
